Our Business Philosophy
Craig's Auto Repair was opened November 13, 1979 with the
intention of providing the best parts and service available
for Mercedes Benz vehicles. We will keep your vehicle working as well as when it came from the factory. We treat our clients
the way we would like to be treated. We give every client personalized attention. We inform you of what is needed on your
car and advise what will be needed in the near future. You decide what repairs you want done.
It's our job to educate our clients about their vehicles.
We explain options on repairs and discuss the repair costs
before performing the repairs. You, as the client, need to
be aware when a repair is optional or absolutely necessary
so as not to cause more expensive repairs if left unattended. We will take the time to answer your questions
and advise you in the best way possible.
Getting your car in for service or repair is an inconvenience and sometimes very stressful. We endeavor to
make these times a positive experience for everyone.
